Excerpt from one of my journal entries (April 26, 1999) about a family trip to the sand dunes:
"Suzy dug a giant pit, and I used the sand she dug out to build a giant sand castle. It was cool. Heather made a huge volcano. It was even bigger than my sand castle, but my castle was more eloquent."
I didn't know I had such an articulate sand castle! :)
