Since my last post, I have learned that the reports about HBO have been confirmed. They are actually planning to view this show involving Mormon temple ceremonies.
The Church has actually come out with a statement concerning the show. Church leaders have stated that individual members of the church have a right to boycott the TV station broadcasting this show if desired. However, the Church as a whole does not call for boycotts because it does not wish to draw the attention that the media is looking for. "Latter-day Saints should conduct themselves with dignity and thoughtfulness."
I invite you to read the full statement by the Church and act according to your conscience.

I am grateful for a living prophet to show us the way. Let's listen to his counsel.

That was a great article. It's good to remember we should act mildly even when we feel treated so unfairly.
Nice job doing your homework, Kim. Who duh thought a mere 5 foot BYU coed could influence thousands within such a few short hours! --Mom
Way to keep us updated, Kim. Also, cool profile pic. You should put that one on Facebook. (How low did Mom have to lie to get that shot?--you look surprisingly tall!)
